NOTE: We are working on an enhancement to sell products without an appointment as part of change to our invoicing but this is a workaround for the time being.
Please see this article if you need to create products and don't know how to:
1) Login as a business owner and navigate to the "Services" page using the left side menu. It's under "Business Setup".
2) Create a new service using the "Add Service" button top right corner. You can name it "Product Purchase". We recommend zero price and 5-10 minute duration. Make sure it's not bookable online.
NOTE: You can make it bookable online if you want clients to come in to simply purchase a product.
3) With the Product Purchase service created. You may now book the service anywhere on the Calendar to start the product purchase. If you have a regular service appointment and a client wants to purchase a product, simply book the service next to the appointment.
4) Continue by going through the POS and adding the product. We have a full guide on that here
