Reasons for Reserve with Google Being Disabled

If at any time your Reserve with Google book button gets removed its usually due to one of these issues.

1) Subscription is expired.

  • Check your subscription by clicking on the left side main menu and going to "Settings" then "Subscriptions" and check for the last active subscription. If you cannot find one then its most likely expired. Contact Yocale Support - 1 855 996 2253 extension 1

2) Schedule is expired or your schedule has request appointment enabled.

3) Service are not supported.

4) Address is changed or not matched.

  • Changing your address on both Google and not Yocale will disable the book button for a business day for verification. The addresses must match on Google and Yocale for the book button to be displayed.

  • If you apply any address changes please allow up to 1 business day for the book button to be reinstated.

  • Please note that if you have a special address on Google this may require manual verification. Please contact Yocale Support - 1 855 996 2253 extension 1

To update your location, navigate to the left side menu > Settings> Locations

5) Business Name is changed or not matched.

  • Like address, changing business name on both Yocale and Google will require verification and can result in the book button being removed for 1-2 business days.

To update you business name, go to Settings> Business settings> business details> Business name

6) Your Google Listing industry is not supported.

  • Industries such as medical or legal are currently not accepted on the Reserve with Google platform. Changing your Google Listing industry can solve this issue. We recommend contacting Yocale Support - 1 855 996 2253 extension 1
