Navigating to the Packages Page

To access packages:

  • Go to the left-side menu under Business Setup.

  • Click Packages.

Adding a New Package

  • Click the Add New Package button at the top-right corner of the page.

  • Define the following during creation:

    • Package price

    • Number of sessions the client can use

    • Discount per session

  • Next, select the services you want to include in the package.

  • Once successfully created, the package will appear on the Packages page.

Editing or Disabling Packages

  • Business users can always edit existing packages.

  • Changes to the package or service associations will affect the existing package records.

  • To disable a package, change its Status from Active to Disabled.

    • Existing package records will not be affected if the package is disabled.

Creating a Package Record for Your Client

Businesses can assign a package record to a client with or without invoicing it.

Assign and sell a package

  • Navigate to the client page > Click Add invoice.

  • In the invoice, select the Package tab

  • You will see a list of package templates, which can be added as a line item to the invoice.

  • By publishing the invoice, a package record will be created for the client

Assign a Package Without Invoicing

  • Search for the package name in the list.

  • Go to the package → Package Record tab → Assign Package.

Note:

Businesses can always add an unpaid package record to the invoice to be paid later.

Edit package record

  • Business users can edit a package record to:

    • Extend the expiry date

    • Update the number of sessions

    • Change the value of discount per session

    • Change the status to Cancelled

Note: Cancelled records cannot be reactivated.

Package Redemption on the Calendar

  • During the booking process, any assigned packages related to that service will appear in the Packages field.

  • Press Save to book the appointment with the package.

Notes:

  • When you book a related service, the package record will be redeemed, using one package session, regardless of the booking status.

  • The package discount will automatically apply to the price of associated services.

Editing a Booking with a Redeemed Package

  • If a package has expired or been cancelled, it will be removed when editing a booking.

  • Packages will also be removed if the booking is marked as No-Show or Cancelled.

Package Redemption on the Widget

Packages will automatically be redeemed when a client books an appointment online.
