How to add a new package, manage existing packages, assign packages to clients and invoicing a booking with an assigned package.

Note: This feature is available for Pro and higher subscription packages. This feature is only managed through the Business Owner account.

Navigating to the Packages Page

Located on the left side menu under "Business Setup".

Adding New Package

Click the "Add new package" button located top right corner of the page.


"Number of sessions" is the number of times a package record can be redeemed for a client.

"Package has expiry date" switch off will disable Number and Day/Week/Month.

"Name, "Package price" and "Number of Sessions" are required fields.

The package must be associated with at least one service.



If you successfully created the package, it will appear on the Packages page.

Edit/Disabling Packages

Click the Pencil button underneath actions to edit a package.
Change the "Status" from "Active" to "Disabled" to disable a package.
Note: If the package has any records by disabling the package, the package record won’t be affected.



You will see "Package Records" in the Edit page. This will display all of the clients with this specific package, you can change how many sessions a client has by clicking the Pencil button under Actions.

Note: Editing package and service association will affect the existing package record.

Assigning Package to the Client
Client List Page



Access a client profile by Navigating using the “Client list” on the side menu. Once you’ve selected a client, go to the “Bookings & Packages” tab at the top of the page. Scroll down to the “Packages” section and click the “Assign package” button.



To create a package record for the client, search for the package name in the list and select it.

The package record will get the price, total sessions and expiry date from the package, but the business owner can always edit this in the "Packages" page.


Packages assigned to a client will appear in this section. Staff members can edit a package record or change the status to canceled.

Note: Canceled records can not be activated again.

Package Records Page

You can also assign Packages on the the Packages page, click on the package name or pencil button under Actions and navigate to the "Package Records" tab.

Package Redemption on the Calendar

Packages can be redeemed by any staff with Calendar access. You can navigate to the Calendar using the left side menu.


Select the client and the service, any assigned packages related to the service will appear in the Packages field. "Press" save and you will book an appointment with the package.

Notes:

When any staff member books a related service for the client, the package record will be redeemed, and one package session will be used regardless of the booking status.

The package will have a 100% discount on the price of associated services. Invoice section is below.

Editing a Booking with an Redeemed Package

You can edit a booking with a redeemed package from the calendar. If the package is expired or canceled, editing the booking will remove the package. The package will also be removed if the booking is marked as a no-show or is canceled.


Note: You can also reschedule by dragging and dropping the appointment to another date and/or staff member.

Packages inside the Booking Invoice (POS)


You can access the invoice by clicking on the POS button on the Calendar as displayed above.

You will see the 100% discounted unit price underneath the "Pay" button.

Note: The package will be shown as a discount on the booking invoice
