Utilizing Yocale's powerful Forms feature, we are able to create packages and assign it to specific clients for easy management and tracking.
Begin by logging in as the business owner, this account has the highest level of permissions and is able to create and manage the forms. Provider accounts cannot manage or create new forms.
1) After logging in as the business owner, use the left side menu and go to "Business Setup" > "Forms".
2) Use the top right "Create Form" button and select "Use Template"
3) Search for "Package" (make sure no filter is selected on the right)
4) Select "Use Template" top right corner
Now this package management form has been created on your account and is ready for use or changes. To make changes, you can click the "Build & Preview" button and then the blue "Edit" button on the right.
If you are ready to use this package management form. First publish the form using the top right button labelled as "Disabled" and change it to "Published".
Now navigate to the client that you want to add the form too. Click "Clients" > "Client List". Search for the client name and click on the pencil button under actions.
Click on the blue "+ new forms" button on the top right corner.
Add the Package Management form by searching for it. Then click on the checkbox and then "Save" on the top left corner.
After adding the form, you can edit it by using the pencil button under actions.
How to use the form to manage packages
Great, you have added the Package Management form to the client record and your ready to start tracking services.
From here, you can decide on each session dates before and enter into the form first then go and book the appointments on the Calendar.
If you have already booked all the appointments, while looking at the Package Management in the Forms and Documents tab, you can open the Appointments tab in a different tab to get a list of all the appointments and then enter the dates.

Package Management forms don't need to be used specifically for packages. We can create gift card, memberships and even coupons. Reach out for assistance.
When you use the template to create the Package Management form, the form is automatically labelled as "Internal Only" meaning the client won't see the form at all. If you would like to share the package information with clients then you can disable Internal Only and make it a regular form.
You can assign Package Management forms to specific services so when clients book those services, the Package Management form is automatically attached. This is useful if you don't want to add the form to the client record but rather have it on the appointment itself.
You can have multiple package management forms. This would be useful if you had varying amounts of sessions for services.
