This setting enables you to manage how each staff member can be booked online.
How to set this option:
To begin setup, navigate to the 'Booked by' dropdown menu, where you'll find three booking options:
Anyone:
Makes staff availability accessible to anyone for online booking.
No one:
Makes the staff invisible for online booking. Bookings can only be made directly through their Calendar.
Only specific emails:
Permits online booking for the staff, but restricts it to the individuals whose email addresses are added in the specified form sections.
To add specific email addresses, click 'Import CSV file' in the popup or within the 'Specific Emails' section, then upload a CSV file with a single column of email addresses. You'll find a sample file to download in the upload section.
Remember, if you choose the third option and don't add a CSV file with the correct format, online bookings for the staff will be disabled.
After uploading the emails, you will receive a link to check the status of each email. It may take some time depending on the number of uploaded email addresses.
The number of added emails will be displayed in the Specific emails section. To add more email addresses, upload a new CSV file, which will expand to the existing list. The listed emails in the "Specific emails" file are eligible to book this staff online. You can view the list by selecting the download button and clear the entire list by choosing the delete button.
