These settings provide three options for customizing notification delivery based on staff access levels and bookability. These allow users to set email, phone number, or both.

All Booking Notifications:

It is exclusively available for booking managers and users with higher access levels. They will receive booking notifications which are related to all the bookable staff.

Individual Booking Notifications:

It is designed for bookable staff; this option enables them to receive notifications only for their own bookings.

No Notifications:

It applies to all staff. This option will turn off notifications for the selected staff member.

Preferred email:

The user has the flexibility to use alternative email addresses for receiving notifications instead of using the default login email addresses
