In simple terms, Multi-Factor Authentication, is a security mechanism used to authenticate and verify a user's identity using multiple factors, instead of just a single password.

MFA is designed to provide an additional layer of security beyond just a username and password, making it much harder for an unauthorized person to access sensitive information or systems.

On Yocale, users can enable MFA by logging in with their Google account and enabling the 2-step verification setting. Please see the article below on how to set up the 2-Step verification in your Google account.
