Accessing the Business Public Page
Login as business owner and navigate to the left side menu, click on "Settings" then "Business Settings"
Navigate to the top right "View Public Links" button.
Click on the link in "Public Profile".
Navigating around the Public Page
1 - This button is for clients. It will take them to the Yocale Client Portal so they can manage their appointments, forms, invoices and reviews.
2 - Change Language button - Based off the widget settings, the page can be switched to French. Note: Only the businesses that have selected both English and French can see the dropdown
3 - Navigation Bar - Will navigate clients to specific pages about the business. More info below. When you first open the Public Page it will always navigate to the "About" section.
4 - Share button - For social media or to share the public profile page URL, the "Tweet," "share on Facebook" or "Copy to clipboard" options are available here.
5 - Book Now button - Book Now button will take clients to your booking widget where they can begin the booking process.
6 - Business Public Phone - Number is entered in Business Details.
7- Working Hours - display when your business is open to the public to visit.
8 - Social Media and Website Links - entered in Business Details.
9 - The business description entered in Business Details.
10 - Map of all business locations
11 - Location Book Now Button(s)- will begin the booking process in that location on the booking widget. Each location will have their own book button.
Provider
Like the Maps section in the About page where clients may book specific locations. You can begin the booking process at a specific staff member on the Provider page. Click the "Book" button on any provider to get started on the booking widget.
Services
Likewise on the Services page, clients can select a specific service to begin the booking process. Please note that the services will be displayed in the assigned service categories.
Review
The Review page will contain all the reviews of the business and providers.
