Have you saved the same client twice? Perhaps each account has valuable information? No need to delete! Yocale allows you to merge client information within 3 easy steps.
1. Select Clients > Client List
2. Click on "Client Actions" > "Merge Client"
3. Enter the client name and select Find > Select the client name from the drop down below
4. Enter in the duplicate client and select Find > Select the client name from the drop down below
5. Select the fields that you would like to keep. Be sure to save data from at least one client from every cell. * Note - the forms, invoices, notes and appointments will automatically be merged into one unified record. When finished select Merge
