1. From your Business Calendar, select the Close Appointment icon from the appointment you would like to apply payment to. 

2. When the Closing Appointment window pops up, go ahead and select Done.
3. Now you can +Add Products, GST, PST, Tip and edit the Balance owing.
4. You can also add Comments to be saved within your client's profile. 

5. To apply payment(s), select Payment Options.

6. Select a single Payment Method, or more than one if needed. Note: You can also check off Follow-Up Required, or  Showed Up Late. Go ahead and add additional notes if needed.
