This Software Subscription Agreement (“Agreement”) is between Yocale Network Corporation and the User. By subscribing to or using Yocale’s software (“Services”), the User agrees to the following terms:
1. Subscription, Setup Fee & Payment
Subscription fees are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis.
Annual or prepaid plans must be paid in full at purchase.
The initial setup fee is strictly non-refundable, regardless of cancellation timing.
2. Cancellation
The User may cancel at any time. Cancelling your account will halt any additional charges beyond the current billing period.
Cancellation stops future billing but does not refund charges already paid, except as outlined in Section 3.
Users will retain access to their account until the end of the current billing period.
3. Refund Policy
Users who subscribe to an annual or prepaid plan may request a refund within 30 days of the original purchase date.
The setup fee is not refundable, even if cancellation occurs within the 30-day window.
After 30 days, all subscription fees become non-refundable.
Monthly plan payments are non-refundable.
4. No Prorated Credits
If the User cancels after 30 days, access continues until the end of the paid term.
No partial refunds or credits will be issued for unused time.
5. Termination by Yocale
Yocale may suspend or terminate access for non-payment.
No refunds will be issued for termination due to User breach of this agreement.
6. Acceptance
By subscribing to or using our Services, the User acknowledges and agrees to this Agreement.
