Introduction
If you are interested in using the forms but don't want to create your own, you can use the Form Templates feature to import one of our pre-made, industry specific ones.
NOTE: This feature is part of the Pro/Custom subscription packages and you may lose access to the form after the Pro Trial period is over and the account is converted to the Essentials package. Call 1-855-996-2253 extension #1 if you lost your form access.
Accessing Form Template Page
To begin by logging into the Business Owner account and clicking on the left side menu "Business Setup" then "Forms".
Click on the top right "Create Form" button then "Use template".
Choosing Form Template
1) Search Bar - Search our library of pre-made forms for a form that you would like to use.
2) Category Search - Search for a category of forms.
3) All Categories/Checkboxes - to filter forms and enable/disable categories.
4) Form Template - Click here to select a form template and continue onto the "Preview form" page.

Previewing Template and Edit
On the preview form page, you may complete the form as a client and view the formatting closer. If you decide you would like to use this template, click the "Use Template" button to continue. If not click on "back" and select a different template. Upon clicking "Use Template", you will be navigated to the "Form details" page with the selected template created for you.
