Signing In
Begin by signing into your Yocale client/consumer account using your email address and password.
NOTE: If you require assistance in getting access to your Yocale account. Please email "support@yocale.com" or call +1 (855) 996 2253 extension#1 and they will be able to help.
You may also manage Yocale appointments through your email if you have that available. Look for the "cancel" or "modify" buttons on confirmation and reminder emails.
Upcoming Appointments Section
Once you are logged into your client/consumer account, you will land on the My Appointments page. Here you can manage your appointments.
No Upcoming Appointments
If you don't have any upcoming appointments, a blue "View and Book" button will display. Clicking on this button will take you to the "My Businesses" page.
On the "My Businesses" page, you can click the blue "Book Now" button, and it will take you to that business booking widget.
Upcoming Appointments - Manage Appointment
If you have an upcoming appointment(s), you may manage them here. You are able to search appointments based on service name, provider name, or business name.
The "Reschedule" button is available as an option directly from the appointment tab. This will take you to the booking widget, where you can select a new time slot.
Clicking on the appointment tab itself will take you to the more details page with more advanced features.
This symbol Indicates an outstanding payment.
Note: you might have a different icon here depending on the status of your invoice. See below.
This symbol indicates a booked appointment.
This icon can be clicked to view more details.
This symbol means this appointment is Virtual.
Additional Icons
These icons indict the appointment status. You will find various appointment statuses here including: Booked, Checked-in, Done, Canceled by you, Canceled by business, No-show .
These icons indict the invoice status. You will find various statuses here including: Outstanding, Partially paid, Paid, Refunded.

Managing the Appointment - More Details
Regular Appointment
Symbols "Booked" and "Outstanding" icons are displayed in text format.
A "Direction" button is now available and will take you to the Google Maps link with the business Google listing displayed.
Forms are available to be filled out here using the "Fill out" button.
"Book Again" button is now available and will take you to the business widget to book another appointment of this business (this can be a different booking or the same as the original).
"Reschedule" is also displayed and will take you to the business booking widget to reschedule.
"Cancel" button is now available and will cancel the booking. You may also enter a reason for the cancellation.
This icon will download a calendar file that can then be added to iCal, Google or Outlook calendars.
This icon will download the invoice.
This will download the appointment details in a PDF.
NOTE: If a cancellation policy is in place for the business or there is a payment on the appointment , you might not be able to cancel or reschedule the booking. This warning message is displayed in such cases. You will have to contact the business directly to cancel appointment.
Virtual Appointment
All the same symbols, icons, links and buttons except for the "JOIN WITH YOCALE MEET" button that will take you to Yocale Meet for your virtual appointment.
"Direction" button has been removed.
Past Appointments
The symbols, icons and buttons will be the same with the exception of a couple of new buttons. You are able to search appointments based on service name, provider name, or business name.
"Write A Review" button will take you to another page were you may submit a review of the business and services.
Appointment Requests
Appointment requests show up on the bottom of the My Appointments page.
You are able to search appointments based on service name, provider name, or business name.
This symbol means you have requested the appointment and the business is in process of either confirming, rescheduling or declining your request.
