This means this section has a downloadable report that will contain data for the selected month.
Locations Filter
Deleted locations are shown in different color (Disabled format).
Date Range Picker
On the top section of the dashboard, there is one time picker for all the widgets in the dashboard. By selecting a date range, any time range between one day to 6 months, all the widgets will get updated based on the selected time.
Custom: If you choose custom, the date picker will show the previously selected period until you choose any other date.
Compare:
By default, the selected comparison date is the same as the selected date range in the previous month. You are able to select a custom comparison range.
In the mobile phone:
The compare date picker will disappear, and the selected range will always be compared to the previous period.
Note: the date filter won't be applied to the "upcoming booking" widget.
1. Booking Value
This section shows the total amount of the service price of all the bookings during the selected period. For example, based on the date range above, we have a value of $10,020 for the last 30 days which is a 53% increase of the average total amount of service prices comparing to the previous period.
2. Sales Summary
Invoice value: Sum of grand total of invoices processed during the selected period. Above we had $130 of invoice value for the last 30 days. This is a 60% decrease in the average invoice value compared to the previous period.
Sold Services: Sum of the quantities of the POS items that includes a service. Above we sold 3 services during the last 30 days, this is 40% decrease in the average amount of services sold which means we sold 40% less amount of services per month on average compared to the previous period.
Sold Products: Sum of the quantities of the POS items that includes a product. Above we sold 0 products in the last 30 days which is the same average sold products to the previous period.
NOTE: Your Sales Summary and Booking Value are not expected to match. Since the Booking Value is calculated based on the service and product value that are connected to your appointments, and you may not necessarily use Yocale POS to create an invoice for them. As a result, your Sales Summary values that are calculated based on the issued invoices could be different and not match to your booking value.
