Some functions will ask for a Manager or Supervisor password instead of the Administrator password. Manager and Supervisor passwords are set up at the terminal level for security purposes. This is a custom value, so the customer needs to remember the password as we have no way to reset it if the customer loses it!

Select [Security]
Select [Supervisor/Manager]
Key in [1] on User ID and key in [068A740] for CAD merchants [16G36120] for USD merchants on Password. Then press [Enter] twice.

Select [Add User]
Select [Supervisor] or [Manager] as needed
Key in a Supervisor (or Manager) ID number and enter the desired password in both the "Password" and "Confirm Password" fields. Passwords are alphanumeric and must be 7 characters in length and must contain at least one letter and at least one number. The letters can be upper/and or lower case. Press [Enter] when complete.
