Welcome to Yocale Meet! No download is needed. Video appointments offer the opportunity to operate your business safely and virtually connect with your clients.

A short video how to use Yocale Meet:

Some of its features to highlight include:

  • High quality, reliable and seamless meeting experience

  • Upload files and share knowledge-based videos

  • Use color-coded annotation tools for better clarity and collaborations while presenting

  • Private chat boxes

  • Living Polling

Set Up Yocale Meet

Let's go ahead and create a virtual service which you would like to offer video appointments for.

To summarize, you can make virtual services from:

  • Your business management portal (where you originally set up your services) picks a service type you want to offer virtual service.

Voila! You are now live to take virtual appointments “face to face”! Please note once a client (or business) books a virtual service, the video appointment link will be directly sent to them within their appointment confirmation.

Some other items to note about Yocale Meet

You can connect your microphone or choose to listen solely to a presentation or be a silent participant in the video meeting. You also have the option to use private chat boxes and message a participant directly and privately. What is even cooler, is you have access to the following actions using the + button:

Talking about polling, you can create live polling right on the spot during your video appointments and ask your participants questions or get their votes about anything really:

Create Breakout Room

Yocale provides Breakout rooms to create more engagement during video appointments; create breakout rooms to encourage collaborations and more clear communication.

When creating the breakout rooms, only viewers who have successfully joined the session can be assigned to a meeting room; all those connected will appear in the users list of the interface. To create your breakout room, use the Cog Wheel icon:

Video Conferencing Resources: Color-coded Annotation

Use annotations to master precision and collaborations in presentations. To annotate on an uploaded presentation, you need to have the role of a presenter (as the creator of the video meeting, you are automatically the presenter and eligible to use the annotation tools). As well, you can provide authority for any of your guests to present . With that, here is a quick guide to annotate:

  1. Select the annotation tool on the right side of the screen that you would like to use (hand, pencil, rectangle, triangle, ellipse, line, or text)

  2. Select the size of your drawing tool

  3. Select the color of your drawing tool

  4. Undo and annotations made

  5. Clear all annotations

  6. Turn on the multi-user whiteboard
