To add your booking widget to your online digital assets, follow the steps below:

• Instagram

Add your widget link to your Instagram page through Profile > Edit Profile > Links > Add external link. This link will show up on your Instagram profile for clients to 1-click booking right from Instagram.

• Facebook

Add your widget link to your Facebook profile through Profile > Edit Details > Add a website. This link will show up on your Facebook profile for clients to 1-click booking right from Instagram.

Tracking Online Booking Sources

You can now track where your online bookings are coming from by adding a source to your widget link.

How to set the online booking source

To track bookings from a specific platform (e.g., Instagram, Facebook, website), simply add a query string to the end of your widget URL.

Take your Yocale booking link.

Add a query string at the end of the link like this ?LT=

Add different links in different places, for example:

  • On your Instagram page: ?LT=instagram

  • On your Facebook page: ?LT=facebook

  • In your Google Ads: ?LT=googleads

  • On your Website: ?LT=website

How to see the results

You can view the booking source details in your reports:

  1. Go to Reports

  2. Navigate to Booking Reports > Online Booking Source

  3. Select the desired date range

Here, you’ll see a summary of your online bookings grouped by the source you’ve set.

Note: If no source is set, or if the source is unknown, bookings will be grouped under “Unset Source.”
