In-Meeting Participant Settings

To Adjust settings for a participant Click on their name in the list on the left and select from the options below

  1. If participants change their status, you can clear the status with the Clear all status icons option

  2. Mute all users in the meeting

  3. Mute all users in the meeting except for the presenter

  4. Save the user names of the participants

  5. Lock the viewers in the meeting

  6. Creating breakout rooms for participants in the meeting

  7. Add closed captions for the meeting 

Participant Settings

To perform participant actions in a meeting, click on the participant and follow the steps below:

  1. Start a Private chat with this participants outside of the Public chat

  2. Mute the user in the meeting

  3. Promote this user to being a presenter in the meeting

  4. Remove this user from the meeting room

  5. Promote this user to have moderator privileges 

In-Meeting Room Settings

To make in-meeting settings, click on the 3-dots on the top right hand side and follow the steps below:

  1. Make the presentation screen Fullscreen

  2. Adjust your notification settings

  3. Create or edit keyboard shortcuts 

  4. Close and End the meeting

  5. Logout of your account


Notification Preferences

To make edits to your notification preferences click on the 3-dots on the top right hand side and select settings and follow the steps below

  1. Allow Animations

  2. Enable audio alerts for chats occurring in the meeting

  3. Enable popup alerts for chats occurring in the meeting

  4. Enable audio alerts for users who join into the meeting

  5. Enable popup alerts for users who join into the meeting

  6. Change the application language 

  7. Increase or reduce the font size in the application

  8. When you are finished with the changes click on the Save button
