Joining a Meeting
To join a meeting as a client, follow the steps below:
• From the email link, select the "Join with Yocale Meet" button
Getting setup in the Meeting Room
Once you enter your meeting room you will need to select one of two options, if you will be joining and speaking in the meeting, or joining and only listening
If you will be speaking in the meeting select the Microphone option
If you will only be listening in the meeting then select the Listen only option
Next you will test to ensure your microphone and audio equipment are working properly.
Test the microphone by speaking a few words and making sure you can head them yourself.
If you can hear the words okay than select Yes
If you cannot hear the words okay than select No
If you select No because your video or microphone isn't working you will be taken to a screen to adjust your microphone and speaker sources
Select your microphone source from a drop down list
Select your speaker source from a drop down list
To test your speaker volume you can play a test sound to ensure it's working correctly
When you have made the correct adjustments you can select Retry and you will be taken back to the Echo Test screen to re-test your microphone & speaker
You should now be successfully joined and ready for your appointment!
