To manage your appointment on the new Yocale calendar follow the steps below:
Go to your Calendar
Select the Widgets & Notifications icon on the top right hand side
Select the Appointment Request drop down menu to expand your appointment requests
This will open the Update Appointment Request window, where you can modify the date, time, or service for the appointment. Click Update to suggest a new time to the client.
Note: After you press 'Update' and suggest a new time, the client will receive an email and text message with your proposed change. The appointment will only appear on your calendar once the client accepts it.
Until then, the Edit and Confirm buttons will be hidden in the Appointment Request window, and only the X button will be available.
2. If the appointment details look correct, simply click the Confirm button. The client will be notified that their appointment has been accepted, and it will then appear on your calendar.
3. To cancel the appointment request, click the X button.
Then the Decline Appointment Request window will pop up. Press 'Yes, Decline appointment request'.
The client will receive a text and email notification that you declined the request.
