Customize or add information to the clients/patients appointment confirmation email

To customize the information you send out in your appointment confirmation emails follow the steps below:

  • On the left side main menu selecting "Settings" then "Business Settings"

  • Navigate to "Default Settings"

  • You will see the "Add the following message to my clients' appointment confirmation emails" setting

  • Enter your custom message and press "Save"
