As a business owner, you may need to communicate with your clients even when the entire booking process happens online. With the right tools, you can gather information from clients and share important details with them during the booking flow.

Collect Information from Clients During and after Booking

Online booking isn’t just about choosing a time slot — it’s also a chance to capture the details you need in advance.

Steps:

  1. Go to left side bar menu> Settings> Online Booking > Widget> General Customization >Custom Question

  2. Add custom questions to your booking form

  3. Choose whether each question is optional or required.

    4. Just as you collect information, you may also want to provide instructions, reminders, or policies.

    • Preview Page Note → Display a note during the booking flow (e.g., deposits, cancellation policies, preparation steps).

    • Confirmation Page Note → Add a note that clients see after booking (e.g., directions, arrival instructions, or forms to complete).
