The Password less Login feature allows users to log in without creating or remembering a password. Instead, they receive a one-time passcode (OTP) via email each time they access the booking widget.
This provides a secure and seamless login experience for clients booking online.

To enable Password less Login on the booking widget:
Contact Yocale Support and request to have the feature activated for your business.
How it works
A client begins the online booking process through the booking widget.
They are asked to enter their email address.
An email with a one-time passcode (OTP) is sent to the client.
The client enters the OTP in the booking widget to authenticate and continue booking.
If the user is new, a new user profile is automatically created in Yocale.
If the user is returning, they are authenticated and can proceed with booking.
The OTP is valid for one login session only. Clients will receive a new OTP each time they start a booking.
