How to Collect a Deposit from Clients
Before you can start taking deposits, make sure you have an active payment account set up. This allows you to save cards on file and process deposits.

Once a client books an appointment with a deposit:
You can see the deposit details directly in the Booking.
If the you need to manage the deposit, a link is available from the Deposit sign that takes you directly to the related payment record.

Invoices with Deposits
When you create an invoice for a booking with a deposit:
The invoice will be marked as partially paid, and the deposit amount will automatically be added to the payment history.
