Step 1. Open the Invoice

  • Go to the invoice that has an outstanding or partially paid balance.
Note: Appointments with outstanding or partial paid invoices on the Calendar have this icon in the below screen. The partially paid icon is yellow however it will be in the same position. Paid invoices are green.

You can also find outstanding invoices under "Clients" > "Invoices". They will be labelled as "Outstanding".

  • Click the Send button on the bottom right. This will allow you to send the invoice with a payment request.

Step 2. Review and Customize the Request

  • In the pop-up window, review the client’s email address.

  • Add an optional message.

    • This message will appear in the email sent to the client

You will receive two options:

  • Send invoice as PDF without payment options

  • Send invoice with a payment link for quick and easy payment

    • Click this option

Step 3. Send the Payment Request

  • Click Send.

  • The client will receive an email containing a secure Pay link.

Step 4. Client Experience

  • If you’ve enabled tipping in your Payment Method settings, the client will first see a Tip page where they can select or enter a tip. Check here

✅ That’s it! Once the client pays:

  • The invoice status will automatically update to Paid.

  • A payment record will be created under the invoice.
