Yocale's Calendar can be bookmarked for easy access, however, make sure the link you book mark is the following link https://app.yocale.com/login

2. Adding staff profile pictures
It builds trust, boosts client engagement, and helps in informed choices, leading to loyalty. Check this quick video on how to add profile picture.
Go to the left bar menu and clicking on your name, above "Help Center".
Then go to "Profile details", and add a photo of yourself.
Make sure to crop your picture, and save.
3. Adding staff schedule and availability
Having availability and schedules visible allows clients to book appointments online independently. Check this video on how to create and manage your schedule.
4. Booking a new appointment or modify an existing appointment
Save time by clicking and dragging on the calendar to book a new appointment instantly. Also, if you already booked an appointment, you can dragging the current appointment on the calendar to modify it. Please note that, on the mobile version, you need to click and hold on the calendar to book an appointment quickly.
You can also disable sending the notification to the client with disabling the "Send notifications" button when you change the appointment.
You can also add a new client if the client record doesn't exist. Please check the below image.
5. Advanced and Recurring Block time-off
Save time by simply clicking and dragging on the calendar to block off time instantly.

7. Calendar “Filter” and “Options” Tab
You can edit your calendar view by navigating to the left side of the calendar menu, click on the icon below, and select the OPTIONS button.
You can change your Calendar default time, start time, and end time. For example, if you start working at 9:00 AM, you can select the calendar start time from 8:00 AM or 9:00 AM.
