1. Adding staff profile pictures

It builds trust, boosts client engagement, and helps in informed choices, leading to greater satisfaction and loyalty.

A) If you are a booking manager, you can add pictures for your staff by going to the left bar menu >> select " Staff" >> then "Staff list".

Select the staff member, and click on the pencil Icon to edit. Then go to "Profile details" , and add a photo of your staff.

B) If you are a staff, you can also add pictures to your profile by going to the left bar menu and clicking on your name, above "Help Center".

Then go to "Profile details", and add a photo of yourself.

2. Adding staff schedule and availability

Having availability and schedules visible allows clients to book appointments online independently. Check this video on how to create and manage your schedule.

3. Advanced and Recurring Block time-off

Save time by simply clicking and dragging on the calendar to block off time instantly.

4. Implementing a specific booking widget on the website

You can select a specific booking widget which offers clients convenience, accurate availability, and enhancing ease of booking.

You can choose any of the following, and then use the URL to add it to your website:

  1. A location

  2. Provider /Staff

  3. Service
