1. From your email pulldown menu, select Manage.

2. Select Services/Products.

3. Now you will see a list of all services. Find your service and select Edit.

4. Within your service you will be able to edit the payment options. Be sure to select the box for Pre Payment/Authorization Required.

5. Next, select the Payment Account.

6. Choose between the following requirements:

  • Pre-authorize & charge in case of no-show
  • Payment before booking is Optional
  • Payment before booking is Required


Don't forget to Save your changes.
