Here, you will learn how to directly send your clients any documentations they require or simply just print an invoice:
- From your calendar, chose the preferred appointment and click on the POS Icon:
3. Once within the POS window, You will see the Print and email Icon as pointed to below:
4. You can then print the invoice or directly email to your client. If the client has an email on file, the address would automatically be on the email field.
For further convenience, you can also type any email address of choice for your client to receive the Invoice to:
Note: A member can print their receipt by logging in to their account, and clicking on Past Appointments then click View Receipt and Print.
