- You can add notes by clicking on the appointment from your business calendar
- Once in the appointment window, click the "EDIT" Icon outlined in orange:
3. You will then be prompted to the following page. Click on "NOTES" in the right left corner and enter your SOAP/ Patient Notes in the comment box. Don't forget to Save!
Another way to add or edit notes, is through your clients profile. Select the Notes tab > select the appointment you want to edit existing notes for and click the view/edit button on the right.
Lastly, you can select the Appointments tab and pick the appointment you wish to add notes for. If there are existing notes attached to the appointment, you can select the note icon under the Notes column, or if you are adding notes for the first time select the edit/pencil icon and add notes under the appointment window.
