The first way to Add Notes to an appointment is to Edit the appointment on the calendar and enter Notes into the expanded appointment window
In the expanded appointment window, select the Notes tab and enter in your appointment notes.
** These notes will auto-save so no need to save, simply close the window when finished.
The other way to add notes is to Go to the Client Profile
Select the Appointments tab > Under the Notes column you can see past created notes. Selecting the Pencil icon (edit) allows you to enter into the expanded appointment window and create new notes or edit past notes
When you select the Pencil Icon > Select the Notes tab and enter in your appointment notes and close the window.
You can edit any created notes by navigating to the Client Profile
Now you can enter into the Notes tab of the clients profile and view all the past created notes. Select the view icon to enter the edit note screen
After selecting the appointment you want to edit the notes for, Select the pencil icon (edit)
Enter or edit any notes you like here and click Save
