The schedule that you set lays out what is publically available for clients to book based on what you define around your scheduling parameters. These parameters include:

  • Locations available
  • Services offered
  • Instant booking or Requested booking
  • Time range
  • Date range
  • Concurrency
  • Presented time slot availability (Automatic, 15 mins, 30 mins)
  • Schedule recurrence (everyday, Monday-Friday, etc.)

Access Staff Schedules

There are 2 ways to access the staff schedules:

Option #1 - Calendar

To access the schedule through the calendar, in Week view or Day view > select the staff you want to add a schedule for > select the blue shaded area on the staff image > Manage availability

Option #2 - Staff Page

To access the schedule through the staff page, select the drop down menu > Manage > People > Edit profile of the staff member you're creating the schedule > Schedule

Creating Staff Schedules

To open the new schedule window, either:

  1. Select the +New Schedule button
  2. Double click anywhere on the calendar to bring up the new schedule dialogue for the date / time where you double click (the yellow highlighted area shows what day it is and the red line shows the current time).

There are 4 steps of information to add when creating a schedule:

  • Step 1: Location of the schedule you're setting (if you have multiple locations)
  • Step 2: Which services are you offering to clients, is this an instant booking or a booking request? (defaulted to instant bookings) How many concurrent appointments are you offering? (defaulted to 1 concurrent booking)
  • Step 3: Date Range of the schedule, Start & End time of the schedule
  • Step 4: Recurrence of the schedule, is this a daily, weekly or monthly recurring schedule? we support all variances

When you have all the information added > select Create Schedule

** Pro Tip **

If you have pre determined breaks in your schedule, you can create one schedule

for the morning shift and one for the afternoon. In this case, you will show availability from 9am-noon and 1pm - 5pm such as below:
