To manage your appointment on the new Yocale calendar follow the steps below:

  • Select the Widgets & Notifications icon on the top right hand side
  • Select the Appointment Request drop down menu to expand your appointment requests
  • To make changes/propose a new time to the client select the Edit buttonĀ 
  • This will bring up a Update Appointment Request window where you can edit the date, time or service for this appointment.
  • If the appointment is fine the way it is you can simply select the Confirm button and the appointment will be confirmed and the client notified that the appointment is accepted
