To Setup a Yocale + QuickBooks Integration through Zapier follow the steps below:

  • Login to your Zapier account
  • Click on the "Make a Zap!" button at the top of the page
  • Select Yocale as the Trigger app for the Zap
  • Select Booking Completed as the specific trigger
  • Connect your Yocale account within Zapier and test the account to ensure that it is properly connected
  • Select the Fetch & Continue to test to setup the test data for the Zap.
  • If there is no past bookings in you calendar you can select the Skip Test & Continue option
  • Now that the Yocale connection is made you can setup the Action step of the Zap
  • Select the QuickBooks App
  • From here you can add a wide variety of actions to make from the completed Yocale booking. In this tutorial we will Create a Sales Receipt in QuickBooks
  • Connect your QuickBooks account within Zapier
  • Now select and match up the fields that you want the data from Yocale to be pulled and displayed in Quickbooks
  • Once you have the data selected you will get a recap summary before creating the Zap
  • Click on the Create & Continue button to ensure the Zap is setup properly
  • If successfuly setup you will receive the screen below
