To view you sent and received messages through your Yocale profile follow the steps below:
- Navigate to your Clients > Business Clients
2. Click on the View Details of the client you'd like to check the sent messaged of
3. When within your client details navigate to the Interactions tab
4. Once within click on the box marked "Show Sent Messages"
5. This will show the SMS and email that were sent or which are pending to be sent.
