The first way to Add Notes to an appointment is to add them to a closed appointment.
Click on the Close Appointment icon.
In the comment box, enter your SOAP/ Patient Notes to save them to the patient profile.
To view past notes or edit/add new notes, click on the Patient Profile button.
Another way to add or edit notes, is through your clients profile. Click on the number within the Notes block.
Past note history shows up in this window. By clicking on the Edit Notes button you can edit past notes or by clicking on Add Notes you can add new notes to an appointment.
