- You can add notes by clicking on the appointment from your business calendar
- Once in the appointment window, click the "EDIT" Icon outlined in orange:
3. You will then be prompted to the following page. Click on "NOTES" in the right left corner and enter your SOAP/ Patient Notes in the comment box. Don't forget to Save!
Another way to add or edit notes, is through your clients profile. Click on the number within the Notes block.
Past note history shows up in this window. By clicking on the Edit Notes button you can edit past notes or by clicking on Add Notes you can add new notes to an appointment.
