Now that your profile is set up, it's time to book appointments! Follow these simple steps to start filling up your calendar. Note: Online bookings will automatically be added to your calendar. 

  1. Select your Business Calendar from the Calendar pulldown menu.
  2. Click on the Staff that you would like to book an appointment for.
  3. Select +New Booking

4. Within the appointment window, go ahead and select the Service from the pulldown menu.

5. Next, enter the client name from either the pulldown menu or by selecting Add New Client.

6. Enter the Date & Time of the appointment.

7. If this is a one time appointment, select 'No' in the Repeat pulldown menu. If this will be a recurring appointment, go ahead and choose either daily, weekly, or monthly recurrence.

Save!

Success, your appointment will now be added to your calendar.
