As a customer & Yocale member, cancelling or rescheduling appointments can be done 24/7 for your convenience. Just sign in to your Yocale account. Once signed in, click on the email drop down menu, Client Mode, and chose My Appointments.
On this page, you will be able to locate Upcoming Appointments in your list of appointments. If the cancellation deadline has not passed, or if the appointment time has not passed, you will see an option to Cancel and another option to Reschedule the appointment.
When you click to Cancel, you will have the option to type in a message to tell the provider why you are cancelling the appointment.
Please Note: If the appointment was not booked through Yocale by you or your provider, then you will not find it on Yocale.
